Appointments

To schedule a discovery call, please call 757.333.3878 and leave me a detailed message.  You may also email me at: corey@rootsintegrativecounseling.com. I will return your voice mail and/or email within 24 hours.

 I conduct 15 minute screenings via phone free of charge. During this discovery call, we can discuss any challenges or concerns you or your loved one are experiencing. During our phone consultation, I will recommend a plan of action. Together, we can  determine appointment availability, duration, frequency and modality preferences (virtual or face to face counseling).

Protocols:

• Please provide me with advanced notice if it is necessary for you to revise our appointment modality: from face to face to virtual or vice versa.  I am happy to accommodate your revision with notice.

• If you are providing transportation for a client, please be mindful of promptness when arriving and departing. Most likely, I will have other clients scheduled before or after your appointment and this helps with both confidentiality and ease of transition.

• Cancellation Policy: I request that you provide me with 24 hours notice when cancelling appointment times (virtual or face to face).  If an appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour window, I will collect a flat rate of $50.00 for late cancellation fee. 

• I reserve the right to renegotiate client status if my time is disrespected. I thank you in advance for your consideration.
